Items in usable condition are donated to local organizations whenever possible. Furniture, appliances, electronics, and household goods that can serve someone else are separated from general waste. We take responsible disposal seriously on every job.
Do you handle apartments that have been left in very poor condition? Yes. Our team handles all conditions, from light turnovers to units requiring extensive clearing.
Can you coordinate with a property manager for building access? Absolutely. We work with property managers and landlords regularly and can coordinate access and scheduling directly with them.
Do you service the full Worcester County area? Yes. We serve Worcester, Auburn, Shrewsbury, Northborough, Holden, and surrounding communities throughout Central MA.
What happens to items left in the apartment that are still usable? Usable items are donated to local organizations whenever possible. We sort items during pickup to separate donations from disposal.
How is pricing determined? Pricing is based on volume. We assess the total amount to be removed and provide a quote before starting.
